Job summary

Abarca Health LLC in Puerto Rico is seeking a Data Integration Analyst to manage day-to-day client data operations, monitor file exchanges, and resolve load issues with accuracy and timeliness.

You will use SQL and other analytic tools to analyze PBM data, interpret eligibility/accumulator/claims feeds, and coordinate with internal teams on client implementations and testing. A hybrid on-site/remote schedule is available in PR.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PBM or health plan data exchange experience.
• Experience developing SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
• Solid knowledge of PBM data domains: eligibility, accumulators, claims.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound/outbound data exchanges and investigate load issues.
• Ensure client eligibility, accumulators, and claims data flow on time.
• Read flat-file layouts to identify mapping gaps and integration issues.
• Document findings and actions in ADO, CRM, or Confluence.
• Collaborate with internal teams on client implementations and testing.
• Identify improvements to data exchange processes.
