Job summary

Rightway is seeking a PBM Benefits Coordinator to join the Operations team in the United States. You will handle day-to-day inquiries and operations related to benefit configuration and administration, with a focus on benefit plan setup.

Ideal candidates include Pharmacy Technicians with PBM benefits administration experience (1–3 years). The role involves coordinating with Account Management, the Contact Center, and Clinical Team, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician or related experience desirable.
• 1–3 years PBM benefits administration or plan configuration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for benefit configuration, formulary management, and plan setup.
• Research and troubleshoot benefit configurations and formulary setups.
• Configure and maintain benefit plans, copay structures, and formulary schedules.
• Generate and analyze benefit utilization reports and formulary compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with Account Management, the Contact Center, and the Clinical Team.
• Support the PBM Pharmacy Associate with daily benefit configuration tasks.
• Assist with tracking of benefit plan updates and formulary changes.
• Document all benefit plan setups, formulary configurations, and implementations.
