The Opportunity :

PB&G Food Runner

Who We Look For:

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support at our relaxing, outdoor poolside restaurant, PB&G.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure that food and beverages are delivered to the table in a timely manner.
• Effectively and confidently describe menu items as they are delivered to the guest.
• Answer guest questions regarding service and restaurant menu.
• Work directly with the culinary team to ensure correctness of order modifications.
• Clear tables of any dirty dishes between courses.
• Assist with any clean up, set up and break down of the dining room.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong food knowledge is required.
• Prior experience of at least 1-2 years in Food & Beverage.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team.
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
