Qualifications

• Three or more years of payroll processing experience.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and timekeeping procedures.
• Experience producing payroll reports and handling new hires/separations.
• Experience with timekeeping calculations and attendance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll and timekeeping for the Juvenile Detention Facility.
• Enter hours into payroll systems for hourly and self-service employees.
• Verify hours and resolve discrepancies with supervision.
• Process new hires and separations in required systems.
• Prepare payroll-related reports and memos.
