EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION Any combination equivalent to:

• Letter of interest, attention Mark Miller, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources
• A current resume
• Three letters of recommendation dated within the last three months
• Graduation from high school, including or supplemented by a course in bookkeeping; and
• Two years of experience in financial recordkeeping work with experience in computerized payroll data entry systems preferred. BASIC FUNCTION: Under supervision, process District payroll, perform difficult accounting duties keep and review all District payroll records and reports; audit District payroll records and perform related duties as required. Effective 7.1.2025: 2025-2026: Salary schedule increase of 2% and a 2% off-schedule payment at year-end. 2026–2027: Salary schedule increase of 60% of the statutory funded COLA, plus any funded ongoing augmentations as provided in the State Budget Act; 2% off-schedule payment at year-end. 2027–2028: Salary schedule increase of 50% of the statutory funded COLA, plus any funded ongoing augmentations as provided in the State Budget Act; 2% off-schedule payment at year-end
