Qualifications

Execute processing for U.S. payroll tax administration in compliance with state/local regulations and tax laws.
Respond to tax notices, conduct tax audits, and perform risk assessments.
Manage SUI rate updates, tax jurisdiction updates, and W-2 processing.
Oversee monthly/quarterly tax balancing across entities.
Participate in system testing/validation in Workday and ServiceNow.
Develop training materials and deliver training to HR Shared Services staff.
