Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll and timekeeping for the Juvenile Detention Facility.
• Enter worked hours accurately for hourly and self-service employees.
• Verify hours in payroll system and cross-check with logs.
• Review overtime sign-in sheets and discrepancies with supervision.
• Process new hires and separations in required systems.
• Prepare payroll reports and memos related to timekeeping.
• Conduct complex timekeeping calculations and track attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
