Job summary

Exodigo is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage U.S. payroll operations with emphasis on certified payroll and compliance. You will partner with Finance and project teams to ensure accurate processing, proper wage classifications, and complete documentation across the U.S. operations.

Responsibilities include handling payroll reconciliations, maintaining pay records, and supporting Davis-Bacon classifications. This remote-friendly role offers growth as we scale our nationwide teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payroll or payroll accounting.
• Direct experience with prevailing wages and certified payroll.
• Knowledge of Davis-Bacon and state/local wage requirements preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and Excel skills.
