Job summary

Insperity is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in the United States. You will provide timely and accurate payroll compliance guidance and deliver payroll solutions that support client retention and growth.

You will review client payroll data for accuracy, input and balance payroll data, and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations while processing payroll and distributing reports to clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of payroll or relevant experience.
• FPC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute client relationship strategy delivering payroll services to a high-volume client base.
• Review payroll data supplied by clients for accuracy and completeness.
• Input and balance payroll data accurately.

In this role, you will provide timely and accurate advice around payroll compliance and deliver payroll solutions that positively impact clients’ business, creating client retention and growth.
