Job summary

Payroll Specialist at CFS is seeking to join a well-established healthcare organization to manage a high-volume payroll function. This role collaborates with HR and Finance to ensure accurate processing and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Hybrid work arrangement with a mix of on-site and remote responsibilities after training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume payroll experience.
• In-house payroll experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Review hours, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll adjustments.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting.
• Handle payroll tax filings, W-2s, and related compliance.
• Partner with HR on benefits deductions, garnishments, and retirement contributions.
• Respond to employee payroll questions and support audits.
