Job summary

Sysco Bahamas is seeking a Payroll Specialist to lead all payroll functions and ensure accuracy and timeliness. You will input and validate payroll data, maintain employee records including wages and leave, and prepare comprehensive payroll reports for executives.

The role requires designing efficient payroll systems, updating employee data, and producing compensation analyses for the CFO, HR, and President as requested.

• Ensure systems are set up and updated to reflect our current employee base, including wages, benefits, sick and vacation time.
• Prepare and maintain relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (i.e. gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, NIB deductions, benefit deductions, etc.). Additionally, develop and prepare requested payroll reports and compensation studies for CFO, HR and President as requested.
• Prepare all payroll-related reports. Determines payroll liabilities by calculating NIB deductions, insurance
