Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst / Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing in a complex multi-jurisdictional environment. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates have deep knowledge of payroll compliance, wage and hour laws, and the ability to handle high-volume cycles. Proficiency in automated systems such as UKG and producing payroll reports is required.

Looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst / Payroll Specialist with strong hands‑on expertise in:

• End-to-end payroll processing within a complex, multi‑jurisdictional environment.
• Deep knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, wage and hour laws
• Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven payroll cycles with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in automated payroll systems (preferably UKG or similar enterprise platforms), comfortable producing payroll reports and data feeds, and capable of troubleshooting payroll discrepancies independently.
• Understand payroll audits, year-end processes (including W-2s), and system testing or enhancements.
• Confidential data handling and data integrity are core competencies.
