Nexxen is seeking a Payroll Specialist II to join its HR Operations team. The role supports payroll across North America and Europe, with a hybrid work model in New York or Chicago.
You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits and external providers to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and a positive employee experience. Responsibilities include US/Canada semi-monthly payrolls, UK/Germany monthly payrolls, change requests, and audits.
Join Nexxen's HR Operations team as a Payroll Specialist II, where you'll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll across North America (NAM) and EMEA. Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards, you'll partner closely with Human Resources, Finance, Benefits, and external payroll providers to support employees across four countries while ensuring an exceptional payroll experience. This role is based in our New York or Chicago office and follows a hybrid schedule, working in the office three days per week. This is a non-exempt position.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
