McKesson in Irving, Texas is seeking a Payroll Specialist responsible for processing payroll for our Canadian colleagues and ensuring accuracy across earnings, deductions, and taxes. You will validate timecards, maintain employee data, and resolve payroll questions in a fast-paced team environment.
The role requires at least 2 years of payroll experience, familiarity with Canada payroll rules, and proficiency with Workday, ADP, and ServiceNow.

Experienced and fully competent in payroll processing best practices. This includes and not limited to timecard validation, processing, and validating payroll in designated system, understanding of earnings and deductions (pretax and taxable), understanding payroll taxes (federal and provincial), maintaining and updating employee data, responding to employee questions accurately and timely. Responsible for assisting other departments and agencies with payroll questions, requests, and completion of wage verification forms. Ensuring payroll accuracy and employee satisfaction for our bi-weekly hourly and salary payrolls. Able to complete assignments and tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to work in a team setting with great collaboration skills. This position will process payroll for our Canadian colleagues.
Minimum 2 years payroll processing experience.
