Camillo Companies is seeking a Payroll Specialist to prepare, process, and review bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees, including benefits, taxes, and off-cycle requests. The role reports to the Payroll Manager in Texas.
The ideal candidate will independently run full payroll cycles, handle manual checks, and manage garnishments while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Collaboration with HR and managers is essential.
Camillo Companies is actively seeking a dedicated and detailed-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The Payroll Specialist must be able to prepare, process and review bi-weekly full cycle exempt and non-exempt payroll; including and not limited to benefits, taxes, and off‑cycle requests while ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations. This role will report directly to the Payroll Manager.
