Job summary

Outrigger Hospitality Group in Lahaina, Hawaii, seeks a detail‑minded administrative professional to support the Honua Kai rental program. You will assist guests in alignment with Outrigger policies while coordinating orders and replacements for owner units.

Required: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management preferred; resort experience and a valid driver’s license. This on-site role offers benefits, health insurance, a 401(k), holidays and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Resort or lodging operational experience at a mid to large-scale property preferred.
• Condominium resort experience preferred and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies the image of Aloha while assisting guests and adhering to Outrigger policies.
• Manages day-to-day admin duties for owners units in the Honua Kai rental program, including ordering, tracking, and updating orders of replacement items.

Job Duties

Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Responsible for the successful management of the day-to-day administrative duties relating to the upkeep of the owner's units in the Honua Kai rental program. These responsibilities will include ordering, tracking, updating and verbally communicating with the team, HOA, and owners via email, phone, and in-person regarding orders of replacement items for the units.

High School diploma, Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, or equivalent, preferred. Resort or lodging operational experience at a mid to large-scale property of similar size and scope preferred. Condominium Resort experience preferred. Must have a valid driver's license.
