Internet Brands, headquartered in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for 1600+ employees using ADP. You will assist with hires, terminations, merit increases, and commission processing, ensuring accurate deductions across multi-state payroll.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of Payroll / Human Resources experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in accounting or finance
• Experience with ADP Time & Attendance and payroll processing
• Strong math, attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Good customer service mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Process payroll end-to-end for 1600+ employees using ADP
• Assist in data entry for new hires, terminations, and merit increases
• Process commission payments and create upload files for ADP
• Support year-end W-2 and 1099 preparation
• Handle payroll inquiries via ticketing system
• Transmit 401(k) and Fidelity files and manage benefit deductions
• Prepare payroll communications and reports for accounting team
• Review garnishments and reconcile contractor payments

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team!

Essential Responsibilities:

• Payroll process from beginning to end for 1600+ employees in ADP
• Assist in data entry of new hires, terminations, and merit increases
• Assist in data entry, including new hires and terminations within ADP
• Process commission payments (i.e. create files for upload through processing)
• Assist in preparing/review of manual checks for terminated employees (multi-states), within ADP
• Research employee payroll inquiries or answers ADP questions through the ticketing system
• Process wires for benefit plan HSA, FSA, 401K, NQ 409A&B, TSA
• Create upload files to ADP
• Assist in the review of payroll in ADP
• Reconciliation of commissions and contractor payments
• Assist with other special projects as required
• Create payroll upload files to go into ADP
• Transmission of 401K files to Fidelityu00A0
• Download of Fidelity Loans, deferrals to enter into ADP
• Assist in Year-End processing of W2 and 1099u2019s
• Prepare communications emails for Payroll
• Provide reports to the accounting team
• Review and input garnishments into ADP

Basic Qualifications:
