Job summary

Live Nation US Concerts is seeking a Schedule/Payroll Administrator to ensure staffing levels for events and accurate payroll processing across venues. You will monitor hours, submit payroll data, and support department supervisors with staffing decisions.

The role requires 1+ year of administrative experience, 2–3 years in a similar role, a high school diploma or equivalent, and sharp attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all departments are adequately staffed for every event.
  • Monitor and manage payroll; submit hours worked for timely processing.
  • Oversee attendance numbers and communicate staffing changes to department supervisors.
  • Assist with shipping, tracking, and related tasks.
  • Oversee issuing of venue credentials, business card orders, invoices, etc.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
  • Record keeping: pre-event inspection reports, incident reports, and claims.
  • Oversee ordering, fulfillment and delivery of venue gear.
  • Manage lawn ticket requests as needed.

In addition, they are responsible for processing and maintaining payroll records in accordance with Live Nation payroll policies.**WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO*** Ensure all departments are adequately staffed for every event (adequately for each individual staffing level).* Monitor and manage payroll.* Accurately submit all hours worked for team members into payroll system for timely processing.* Actively oversee staffing numbers with backup plans for hiring throughout the summer if needed.
