Job description

Hotel: Corp Atlanta Ravinia, Three Ravinia Drive, Suite 100, 30346

This role will be responsible for the execution of enterprise-wide information governance programs, enabling our business in the optimal use of data, while minimizing privacy, security, and reputational risks associated with data.

Your day to day

  • Develop and deliver Information Governance policies, standards, and best practices to govern the appropriate behavior in the valuation, creation, storage, cataloging, use, quality, archiving and deletion of information.
  • Enable Information Governance by imbedding governance roles, responsibilities, and processes within existing ways of working for the organization
  • Develop metrics to measure success of Information Governance Program internally and with governance partners.
    Adapt and continually improve the practice with organization and technology shifts.

What we need from you

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology or a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • 6+ years experience working in Enterprise Data Management, Information Governance, Process Improvement, or Information Technology.
  • 3+ years experience with Policy creation, management, and enablement.
  • Working knowledge of Data Security, Privacy, and Data Retention Principles
  • Working knowledge of System Development Life Cycle and various development methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of dashboarding and KPI development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to take complex information and present it to all levels and across functions within the company.
  • Experience with Metadata Management/Data Cataloging a plus.
  • Experience with Data Quality Principles and methods a plus.
  • Highly organized and self-starter.

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days in the ATLANTA office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

Travel - None

The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $120,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
