Job summary

G42 Americas is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across North America and Europe. This role owns the end-to-end payroll lifecycle, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery while driving process excellence as the organization grows.

You will bring deep US payroll expertise, hands-on Rippling HRIS and Payroll experience, and the ability to coordinate across the United States, Canada, France, and Ireland with HR, Finance, Legal, and external

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12-15+ years of progressive payroll experience.
• Extensive US payroll expertise within high-growth technology organizations.
• Experience managing payroll across United States, Canada, France, Ireland.
• Strong hands-on experience with Rippling HRIS and Payroll.
• Deep understanding of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Experience partnering with third-party payroll vendors and global employment providers.
• Strong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across the United States, Canada, France, and Ireland.
• Own payroll accuracy, controls, governance, and compliance with all local statutory requirements.
• Administer and optimize Rippling HRIS and Payroll solutions.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and external payroll providers to ensure seamless payroll delivery.
• Lead payroll audits, reconciliations, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and international payroll regulations.
• Manage employee payments, taxation, benefits deductions, bonuses, equity-related payroll activities, and off-cycle payments.
• Drive payroll process transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support organizational growth, acquisitions, and international expansion activities as required.
• Prepare payroll metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting for senior leadership.
