Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for all staff across center locations.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation and personal data.
• Accurately update accounting journals, ledgers, and records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist in preparation and monitoring of budgets.
• Provide backup support for accounts payable and billing.
