Realty Solutions Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Lorain, OH who can bridge finance and operations with mid-level impact. You’ll own reconciliations, forecasting, and revenue validation, while collaborating across teams to drive reliable financial narratives.

You will build cash flow models, P&L bridges, and liquidity tools that replace manual processes and empower leadership with trustable forecasts. Mentorship and growth opportunities accompany the role.
