Your contributions will be vital in maintaining compliance, improving processes, and supporting our employees.

What you'll be doing...

  • Manage outsourced semi-monthly payroll processing for US and Canadian employees.
  • Serve as the key contact for data management with vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support US acquisition projects, legacy closures, and process tax adjustments and year-end W2 filings.
  • Conduct periodic reporting and stay updated on legislative changes affecting payroll.
  • Handle garnishments, workers' compensation, union payments, and leave of absence payments.
  • Manage payroll for hourly employees using integrated time and attendance software.
  • Assist People Operations with benefits administration related to payroll.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Equity: Key Responsibilities

Using the Global Shares platform, you will support the administration of our equity programs by:

  • Maintaining accurate records of equity grants.
  • Collaborating with Finance, Legal, and People teams, and supporting our partnership with Global Shares.
  • Responding to employee and leadership inquiries and supporting communications about our equity programs.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...

  • At least 3 years of payroll experience, preferably with equity administration.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state US/Canadian statutory legislation.
  • Excellent Excel/Sheets skills and a helpful disposition.
  • Strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Payroll qualifications and experience with Dayforce are desirable.
  • Experience with equity platforms and public company share plans.

We offer numerous perks, opportunities for professional growth, and a positive culture that values our people. Benefits include health insurance, 401k match, monthly snacks, and more. We trust you to manage your workload with unlimited holiday and a profit-sharing bonus scheme.
