What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop expertise in Remote's Payroll and HRIS products and services
- Manage the entire customer journey from implementation to ongoing support and relationship management
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within payroll products and services
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings
- Monitor customer account health and address any concerns or issues related to payroll
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Manager or Account Management within the Payroll/HR tech sector
- Strong knowledge of global payroll software, compliance, and regulations
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven track record in customer relationship management and driving customer satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
