Transcarent is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support payroll operations. In this role, you will process payroll, maintain records, and ensure compliance with tax and wage laws while assisting employees with payroll inquiries. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, relevant payroll experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The position is remote and offers competitive hourly pay.

About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Coordinator to support our payroll operations. In this role, you'll assist in processing payroll accurately and on time, maintain meticulous payroll records, and ensure compliance with relevant tax and wage laws. You will also serve as a key point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and help communicate updates related to payroll and company changes. The ideal candidate will bring discretion, adaptability, and a high level of professionalism to manage confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.
Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.
