The Audit and Assurance Department of one of the fastest-growing accounting firms in the country is seeking a Payroll Compliance Supervisor who is motivated to learn, excited to collaborate and passionate about delivering outstanding results. This individual will have a direct impact on our firm’s mission of serving as a catalyst for those striving to achieve their highest potential.
In this role, you will lead and perform payroll compliance examinations to help ensure employers are complying with collective bargaining agreements and benefit fund reporting requirements. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, analytical problem solver, and adaptable leader who enjoys working with data and developing staff. Advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret complex information are critical for success. Experience in payroll compliance auditing, payroll, accounting, auditing, union benefits, or related compliance functions is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for individuals with transferable experience and leadership potential.
The stated pay scale reflects the range that Anders reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and firm business practices.
Salary Range
$75,000—$85,000 USD
