Title: Payroll & Client Service Specialist
(Fully Remote, though hybrid preferred if located near Lakewood Ranch, FL): | (Location/based out of Lakewood Ranch, FL)
About the Role: The Payroll & Client Service Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, training, and system guidance to both POA clients and internal teams. This role focuses on optimizing the UKG Ready platform experience across the Payroll, HRMS, and TLM modules. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating both client-facing communication and backend system configurations. The Payroll & Client Service Specialist is responsible for maintaining a book of key accounts utilizing the UKG Ready platform. This position will input payroll data accurately and timely, conduct client trainings, and assist in adding additional products as needed.
