Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel: Required).

Responsibilities

• Audit timekeeping records and consult management about discrepancies.
• Export payroll data into ADP system and verify all totals prior to submission.
• Input child support deductions into ADP system.
• Audit daily sales reports for 5 locations and input data into AS400.
• General filing.
• Process insurance enrollments.
• Other duties as needed.
