Job summary

ZACHRY in Alvin, TX, is seeking a payroll clerk with strong Excel skills and experience in accounts payable. Immediate start available.

Candidates should have solid knowledge of Track payroll system and Billings, plus ability to prepare simple accounting reports and communicate effectively with internal customers.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years related accounting experience OR college degree with no prior accounting experience.
• Solid working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (AP Clerk will be required to interact with internal and external customers).
• Deadline driven.
