Job summary

Elwyn is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to deliver comprehensive payroll services across the organization. You will manage payroll records, taxes, direct deposits, and benefit deductions, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

This role includes supporting timekeeping automation and process improvement across multiple affiliates. You will participate in audits, handle vendor payments, and respond to payroll inquiries.

Qualifications

• 3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with Time & Payroll products; Enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of wage and hour regulations (federal/state/local).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate payroll processing for all Elwyn entities.
• Handle direct deposits, taxes, garnishments and benefits data.
• Support timekeeping and reports, and resolve payroll inquiries.
• Perform audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution for payroll.
