Job summary

You will ensure accurate time data, maintain HRIS records, and support compliance across multi-state payroll. The role also includes managing open enrollment, coordinating with a benefits broker, and producing routine and ad-hoc payroll reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing payroll and benefits processes.
• Hands-on Paylocity experience including Time and Labor and open enrollment management.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll practices, HRIS systems, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for hourly, salaried, and temporary employees including imports from timekeeping systems.
• Administer and enroll employee benefit programs; manage open enrollment periods and COBRA inquiries.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, generate reports, and support compliance and audits.
