Job summary

CFS in Wisconsin is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join a newly created role that will own end-to-end payroll and benefits administration for a growing workforce across four Wisconsin locations and multi-state operations.

You will process bi-weekly payroll for ~500 employees, handle bonus payrolls and quarterly adjustments, administer benefits, manage enrollments and open enrollment, and ensure accuracy using ADP Workforce and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience
• Experience with benefits administration
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Experience with ADP Workforce or similar payroll systems preferred
• Multi-state payroll experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for approximately 500 employees
• Manage bonus payrolls and quarterly payroll adjustments
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, new hire setup, and open enrollment support
• Maintain multi-state payroll tax jurisdictions and employee records
• Utilize ADP Workforce and HRIS systems to ensure payroll and benefits accuracy
• Analyze payroll and HR data using Excel reporting tools
