Job summary

Pacific Manufacturing Ohio, located in Fairfield, Ohio, is seeking a Payroll Clerk to handle clerical payroll functions for bi-weekly payroll. The ideal candidate will have experience with Paycor and excellent organizational skills.

Key responsibilities include setting up temporary employees, reviewing attendance, and maintaining payroll files. The position offers a first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Qualifications

Pacific Manufacturing Ohio is a Tier-1 Automotive parts supplier based in Fairfield, Ohio. As a subsidiary of Pacific Industrial in Ogaki City, Japan, we specialize in metal stamping components, plastic extrusion, and TMPS for auto manufacturers in the United States and Canada.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up temporary employees in Time on Demand
• Review daily attendance sheets for potential pay related issues
• Maintain payroll files and box files for storage.
• Backup for payroll orientation when supervisor is unavailable

• Proficient in Microsoft business applications (word and excel).
