Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in payroll processing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks is required.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time, including reviewing timesheets and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll records, employee deductions, and tax-related documentation.
• Review, code, and process vendor invoices for timely accounts payable payment.
• Reconcile accounts payable records and respond to vendor payment questions.
• Responsible for all payroll functions and accounts payable.
• Follow all policies and procedures in place.
