Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll transactions including salaries, taxes, and deductions.
• Ensure accurate processing of payroll updates, including new hires and term changes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
