Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is seeking a Payroll Analyst in South Jordan, UT to support accurate payroll processing in partnership with the Payroll Manager. The role emphasizes tax, audit, reconciliation, and compliance, while helping employees and managers with payroll questions.

The position requires 3–5 years of payroll experience, knowledge of payroll regulations, and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of payroll processing practices, payroll taxes, wage and hour laws, and year-end processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, reconciliation, auditing, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Imports payroll data from timekeeping into the payroll system and reviews batches.
• Oversees garnishments and direct deposit processing; ensures accurate net pay.
• Prepares earnings, hours, taxes, and deductions reports; supports audits.
• Responds to payroll inquiries and maintains payroll records and compliance.
