Job Title: Payroll Analyst
Location: Queens, NY (Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 annually

Position Summary:
A healthcare organization is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Analyst to manage payroll processing for approximately 200 employees. This hybrid role requires strong expertise in ADP systems and a solid understanding of payroll compliance, reporting, and employee support. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of payroll experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees using ADP.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Maintain and audit payroll records to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Generate and analyze payroll reports for internal stakeholders and external audits.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and timekeeping.
  • Assist with year-end processes including W-2 preparation and distribution.
  • Stay current on payroll laws and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (required)
  • Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing experience (required)
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar ADP platforms (required)
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site in Queens, NY and 2 days remote
  • Collaborative office environment within a healthcare organization

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
