The Payroll Analyst is responsible for the accurate, timely processing and reconciliation of payroll and payroll-related transactions for Noridian and affiliated entities. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; supports employee payroll inquiries; and collaborates with internal partners to maintain effective payroll operations and controls.

Below is the salary range for potential new hires.
Salary Range: The pay range for this position is $25.20 - $41.45 per hour. The base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
