Job summary

L.e.-Jones-Company-LL is seeking an Accounting & Payroll Analyst to manage essential payroll, GL, AP, and AR processes while supporting purchasing and reporting. This hands-on role emphasizes payroll accuracy, data integrity, and timely financial insights for Finance, HR, and management.

The role requires an associate degree with 2+ years in payroll or accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with Paycor or similar ERP systems. CPP designation is a plus and confidentiality is critical.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of payroll, accounting, or related financial experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis.
• Experience with Paycor and ERP/accounting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for ~400 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and trends.
• Develop and maintain payroll reports and analyses for Finance and HR.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support Accounts Payable/Receivable and month-end closing tasks.
• Assist with internal controls and audits as needed.
