Qualifications

• 3+ years in solutions analysis or equivalent
• Experience in testing, product delivery, change execution, or operational readiness in a regulated environment
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support analysis workflows
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use
• Defined test strategy and governance with complex testing across platforms
• Delivery accountability including release readiness and go/no-go decisions

Responsibilities

• Elicit and understand comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and test case writing, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements
• Translate complex business requirements into well-structured testing solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability
• Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain testing scenarios, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy
