Qualifications

• 8 years of experience with software development, building front-end, mobile, or full-stack applications.
• 3 years of experience managing software engineering teams, including hiring and coaching.
• Experience designing and delivering user-facing features, platform UIs, or web/mobile customer experiences.
• Experience leading system design, architecture reviews, and engineering quality standards.
• Experience collaborating with Product Management and UX Design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of 10+ software engineers, overseeing hiring, career development, and performance management.
• Own the end-to-end Cards UI and Tokenization roadmap, driving measurable outcomes across conversion, latency, and reliability.
• Build and optimize critical card experiences, including acquisition, display, verification (3DS2, CVN), and DPAN tokenization flows.
• Guide system architecture and design reviews, raise engineering quality bars, and lead platform migrations onto next-generation payments infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and partner engineering teams across Google to align technical strategy and execute complex initiatives.
