Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred or similar work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to spot errors.
• Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external banking partners.

Responsibilities

• Movement of daily Customer Payments to the Trust/Investors.
• Reconcile bank accounts and internal systems to identify discrepancies.
• Investigate discrepancies, rejected payments, and missing funds.
• Maintain accurate records for all Settlements.
• Record and track various Customer Payment types.
