BARNES & Noble Education, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Operations Analyst to support accurate and timely accounting operations across credit card, PayPal, gift card, web and digital sales streams.

You will perform daily and month-end reconciliations, variance research, journal entries, and routine reporting within a shared-coverage team, aiding continuity and control across locations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 2-3 years in accounting operations, reconciliations, or payments processing.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile daily payment activity and settlements; resolve variances.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and supporting reconciliations.
• Assist onboarding for merchant locations and MID setup.
• Reconcile gift card activity and web sales; generate accruals.
• Produce recurring reports and respond to stakeholder questions.
