Job summary

Neumo is seeking an on-site QA specialist in Fort Wayne, IN, with remote options for a separate opening. You will create test documentation, execute end-to-end testing, and build automated test cases across web, API, and payment terminals, ensuring accuracy and security in transaction processing.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in QA, testing REST APIs, web apps, and POS terminals, with experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of QA experience including test planning and execution across web, API, and terminal solutions.
• Experience testing payment-related systems, transaction processing, and data accuracy.
• Familiarity with test automation and creating repeatable test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Create test documentation, design and execute end-to-end tests for web, API, and terminal platforms.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies impacting transaction accuracy and data security.
• Develop test strategies ensuring functionality, performance, reliability and PCI-related requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers to plan testing across web, API and terminal layers.
• Record defects with clear steps and coordinates resolutions with teams.
• Support certification and compliance testing (card brand, EMV, PCI).
• Own a workstream and maintain device test lab with terminals and peripherals.
• Build and run automated tests for web and API layers; explore automation for terminals.
