Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability leading large-scale, complex initiatives with cross-functional execution in fast-paced environments.
• Strong ownership with end-to-end product lifecycle leadership.
• Ability to partner across Sales, Operations, Client Service, Onboarding, Technology, and Control functions.
• Experience leveraging data analytics and AI/automation to improve decision-making and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and influential writing and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery and market research to uncover solutions and integrate them into the roadmap.
• Owns and maintains the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Creates and tracks key success metrics such as cost, features, risk, and reliability.
• Builds and partners to launch enhancements and adjacent products from discovery to commercialization.
• Collaborates with Risk, Controls, Legal/Compliance to ensure robust risk management.
