Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Cloud Integrations, to lead end-to-end product life cycle and drive competitive roadmaps for card-present POS integrations.

You will shape GTM strategies, collaborate with marketing, analytics, and delivery teams, and partner with clients to deliver high-value cloud-based solutions. You will own product plans, monitor profitability, and engage in cross-functional governance to ensure scalable, high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management or professional services, with a proven ability to resolve complex business challenges through creative, data-informed solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or another structure related field or an equivalent combination of professional training and hands-on experience.
• Technical Proficiency: A strong foundation in software development or IT environments, with a practical understanding of Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of: the POS software/hardware/payments landscape, JSON, RESTful APIs and cloud-based communication methods
• Ownership Mindset: An innate drive to own outcomes, manage product P&Ls, and act with the accountability of a business leader.
• Collaborative Influence: Demonstrated success in navigating matrixed organizations, building partnerships, and leading diverse teams toward a shared vision.
• Analytical Rigor: A natural curiosity for market trends and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable strategies that benefit both the business and our clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring every initiative aligns with our strategic goals and delivers measurable value to our clients.
• Architect competitive roadmaps by collaborating with analysts, sales, and delivery teams to prioritize features, devices and market positioning.
• Shape go-to-market strategy with product marketing to translate innovations into compelling value propositions and pricing strategies.
• Influence through data-driven insights by synthesizing market research and client feedback to guide executive decisions.
• Foster cross-functional synergy by leading matrixed teams across IT, project management, legal, and sales.
• Advocate for the client by engaging with customers to define requirements and translate needs into intuitive solutions across market segments.
• Champion operational excellence by guiding delivery teams on technical design and product quality.
• Drive GTM adoption for new products and ensure alignment with business priorities.
