• Operate imaging, scanning, or payment-processing equipment.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate non-routine issues to lead or supervisor.
• Maintain production, quality, and turnaround-time standards.
• Balance and reconcile batches to ensure timely processing of payments.
• Handle sensitive financial information per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in other production areas as needed to support team goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
