Capital One’s Enterprise Payments team is redefining the roadmap to enable the bank’s digital payments strategy, modernizing payment types and introducing innovative capabilities.

The Product Manager for the Enterprise Payments team collaborates with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and business partners to transform the customer experience across consumer, small business, and commercial banking products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related) or Business/Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree + at least 3 years of Product Management experience

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy for the Enterprise Payments platform and develop, launch, and enhance payments experiences across consumer, small business, and commercial personas.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, operations, and business partners to translate enterprise-scale architecture into business outcomes.
• Lead product strategy and delivery for the Scheduler Platform across multiple payment rails (ACH, RTP, Zelle, Wire, Check) and expand into next-gen capabilities.
