Job summary

The Bedrock Payments team at Capital One is seeking a Manager, Product Management to drive the roadmap for enterprise payment processing. You will partner with engineering, finance, and business stakeholders to deliver resilient, scalable digital products.

In this role you’ll blend technical curiosity with product rigor, shaping strategy, prioritization, and governance across Card, Recoveries, Auto Finance, and Personal Loans to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or Business/Marketing.
• OR Bachelor's degree in any field with 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Drive roadmap and prioritization for Bedrock Payments platform.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership and stakeholders across Card, Recoveries, Auto Finance, and Personal Loans.
• Elevate platform observability, modernize controls, automate reliability with AI, and improve quality engineering.
