Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in banking or other financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and posting.
• Provide internal customer support to branches, treasury management, corporate banking and lending personnel.
• Collaborate with peers and leaders effectively.
• Learn new systems and processing to streamline and scale work.
• Perform balancing duties to ensure systems are in balance and exceptions are cleared.
• Handle payment transactions and review reports in daily operations.
